Docs required for Express Entry with respect to work experience

Hi All,

I will be filing for express entry next month. I have got 6.7 years of total work exp in IT. Lats year I also had 6 months of experience working in UK( my employment was of Indian organization only but for those 6 months, I got CertificateOfSponsorship from the UK client).

Can someone please share the list of documents I will be requiring while filing the express entry with respect to these 6.7 years of mine? I have all experience letters with me till yet. Is there something else that I will have to have as documents? Please share so that I can have them ready with me.

You'll need a 'Reference Letter' issued from your employer...
'Reference Letter' should have some specific details and you should find multiple posts on the forum regarding its format (mine is here).
You need only 3 years of work exp (in last 10 years) for claiming maximum points. So in case if you had worked with a single company for three years or more and that is your desired profile (for selecting NOC as well), you can request that very employer to issue you 'Reference Letter' and ignore other employers.

Regarding your stay in UK, you will need PCC from UK. Start the process so that you don't loose time at later stage.

Experience letter, pay-stubs, income tax docs are also used by many applicants to support the work-ex, however I'm not sure if those are compulsorily required to submit.

Other doc needed is, ECA for your highest degree.

paystubs/payslips
T4 Tax papers and Notice of Assessment you received after filing taxes (these docs can differ in other country's)
Resume as a backup

If you have a doubt about your NOC, get your NOC verified by NOC Team attach the copy of email response you get from them.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply but with respect to my stay in UK, I was not transferred to the UK client on papers. It was shown that I was working for the Indian organization and my employment for those 6 months was also under Indian organization.

So, do I still require PCC for UK? Please help.

As long as you were living in UK for 6+ months (whether continuous or not) you need the UK PCC as per CIC rules

IN EE profile 3+ years of foreign experience gets you max points. So you do not need to worry about that 6 months experience.

No documents, just send them an email request along with info about your qualification, job-title (designation) and roles&responsibility...
