DOB wrong

My dob is different in passport and 10th certificate.Recently i i had filled case and got favorable order,but to get documents of order and submitting it to cbse it will take 4-5 months. If i don't get it by july can i submit my 10th certificate with court order for student visa to canada.

I have applied for post graduate course and got offer letter. My dob is same in both passport and birthday certificate

Only 10th certificate is different..in my graduation certificate is same as of birth certificate

I am having this same issue. Did you face any problems. I am thinking of adding an affidavit will it solve the problem?
