DOB difference in Academic and Birth certificate

Hi Seniors,

Could some suggest that how can i proceed with the below query...

All my Academic/educational certificates and passport are having the same DOB. But my birth certificate from our municipality issued is having different DOB.

Please suggest what to do in this sort of scenario.
