I am trying but I always see that there are no available appointments however around 7pm , I can see the appointments but after refreshing 15-20 times it turns to there are no available appointments. I don't know why but I feel like they give some certain times to refresh the page per a day. Is it like this for you too ? I am also wondering , do you think if I go in September even if the officer positive about the visa would the validating of my passport affect it or they would still issue a visa on it ?

Probably They would still issue a visa on it even it expires less than 6 months. But you cant cross border. You will apply new rtd and you will request old rtd because of us visa and if you have old rtd with you while you are crossing border you will not have a problem. They will check your old rtd and they put entry sticker for 6 months on your new rtd.
about appointment i had an appointment for 2024 and i checked in day time before afternoon maybe 10 times and 10 times after noontime and in second day i saw available date for after 2 months and i just picked date and i just picked one of available time and it was done. Everything took just 1 or 2 mins.If you see any available date, dont refresh page just pick one in a second and pick any time in a second. Thats it. So dont waste time for reading. Good luck
They sometimes open slots on a one or 2 days and its from morning to evening until 4:30 i think. Actually i didnt check day and time i just picked one of them. You have to be quick.
so the only way is to log in everyday and keep checking..
Hello kindly assist me please . I just filled out my ds-160 form and made the payment for the USA visa. I am stuck at the schedule appointment page. It says there are no appointments at this location. Is it possible to get appointments in Montreal this year? If no how do I schedule an early appointment?

All appointment are likely full until they announce a new block of appoitments. I would check back multiple times a day for any cancellations a consider looking at other cities if you have a car.
I just scheduled one for January 9 2025 in a Toronto . I will keep checking hopefully I can get one for 2024 .
I have a quick question. My parents have valid canada visitor visa and I am planning to apply US B1/B2 visa for them so that I can take them for a trip to US. My question is in the application form they ask who is paying for the application. If put my name, is it going to be a problem? Do US visa officers have expectations like Canada that the travelers should be paying for their own trip? Will that cause a rejection? Can anyone please share their experiences?

I just booked an appointment yesterday and got the date only for January 2026. There was no earlier dates than that. So I'm planning to reschedule it by looking every other minute. But someone told me if I keep on looking at the reschedule appointment they gonna ban us for few hours is that true?. Also my passport is expiring by the said appointment date. So is it okay to replace your passport with a new one and go for the appointment with the same DS160 form i used for booking an appointment.
Also whenever I'm try to reschedule the appointment for the past day its always showing no dates available on all locations, is that some bug? heard there is lot of bugs on the new appointment website.
