Do you think immigrate rigth know is the wiser option?

Im 18 years old , I'm just a high school graduate, i plan to study for 2 years , work 1 year more and apply for PR. However I have the option to get a bachelor in my country and then do a PH in Canada aiming to settle there . The thing is that i don't want to lose years of my life. I know going to Canada study there is risky , moreover i don't want to lose years of my life. which one is the wiser way to do things?. :-X

If you really want to go there then its good to be there as early as possible to integrate in their society. Its help a lot latter on . Do you understand ?
