Do you think I can get study permit?

My story is complicated.

Timeline

27 Feb: graduated in one year culinary course
25 March: applied for post graduate work permit
31 March: study permit expired.
10 June: refused (I paid the open work permit holder fee late. I know it is very stupid.)
11 June: applied for restoration for status and PGWP
1 Dec: refused ( I did'nt have vaild study permit when I applied for PGWP on 11 JUne. I should have applied for study permit extension.)
8 Dec: leaving Canada

I am going to take a one year college course again which is matched to my previous work experience and education. (hotel and hospitality management.)
And I am going to apply for study permit.

Do you Think I can get the study permit? PLease answer!!!

you have to well explain for refusal of PGWP ( maybe attached the letter from CIC)
also good cover letter that you wanna study again in Canada.
you kinda of blew a chance to stay /work in Canada, so it might not easy to get it again.

PS. taking another year course dose not look persuasive, though.

Why is not taking one year course of hotel management persuasive?

I worked in the hospitality industry for years and finished culinary course. I think I can explain like I need more professional and intensive education to pursue my career in the hospitality industry.

What do other people think?

no offense but I read a lot of similar cases in the forum.
there are significant numbers of members who rejected study permit even though their study field and work experience is related.
some of them were first time apply.

In my case the problem is that I need to persuade immigration officer that I will leave Canada upon the expiry date of study permit. I am from Korea so I am not like some people from some other countries who stay illegally in Canada. I have enough fund as well.

you have to show solid tie with home country: job offer letter from your current work after your course etc.

you should prepare well for this time.
in case of you would get rejection, third time would be bit more hard.
