DO YOU THINK 41 DAYS NOT ENOUGH FOR VISITOR VISA. HELP ME

I HAVE BEEN WAITING MY VISA 41 DAY AND WHEN I CONTACT THEM AND IASK THE ABOUT IT THEY SAY ITS STILL IN PROCESSING TIME AND THEIR IS NOTHING MISSING ABOUT MY APPLICATION. SO CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH THAT BECAUSE I CANT WAIT ANY MORE THEY RECIVE IT IN THE OCT1. IN NEW YORK. HELP ME.

Hi, I applied on 9/27, on 9/28 they have received my application.So it has been more than 41 days. I just got an email from them on Friday and it says the passport will be mailed shortly. I haven't received it yet, but USPS was closed yesterday. They have answered my emails only after I posted on their Facebook page, or maybe it was a coincidence. It is worth trying. Good luck!

41 days is indeed long, but it's not the longest. some people in this forum have waited way longer than that. perhaps if you do a bit more search in this forum you can find answers to your question. if you can't wait any longer, just go to the New York consulate general and ask for your passport back.
