Can anyone tell me how should the transcript be sent to WES or any agency if a credential evaluation is required to show equivalency of grades with respect to Indian education system.Further,should the evaluation report requested to be forwarded by WES or will the student have to forward the copy to colleges and universities of interest?
Do you require a Credential Evaluation from WES for Masters or Graduate certificate programs?
