hi

i have an employer whos willing to sponsor me and give me a work permit as a Cook / Chef. my question is that do we really need to hire a representative to process my application or we can do it ourselves? cause i am thinking that immigration consultants / representatives know the in and out of immigration so its better to hire one? or i just lack self confidence? :D but anyway, do we or do we NOT need to hire a representative and will the outcome be the same? thanks guys and appreciate your responses

no need; the INs & OUTs are explicitly mentioned in www.cic.gc.ca; you do not need a lawyer, unless you have a very complicated case.

thanks a lot abhi will try my luck and hope for the best.. i forgot to mention that i tried it once with a representative but it still gave us negative LMO so i think its really up to the immigration officers whether what your applying is valid or not.. i paid $2000 for that one... :D
thanks again abhi..
