Are you obligated to stay in Canada after replying to the P2 email, before receiving the eCOPR? The question is about whether Canada will issue the eCOPR, and whether it will be valid. The returning back is not the issue here (PRTD exists, even though it can take a while, it's not the problem). Has anyone got their eCOPR while outside Canada? I know that you declare in P2 that you are currently in Canada, and it can mean that you should stay in Canada, but it can also mean that you were obligated to be in Canada only for that moment of the landing, and no more.
