    Are you obligated to stay in Canada after replying to the P2 email, before receiving the eCOPR? The question is about whether Canada will issue the eCOPR, and whether it will be valid. The returning back is not the issue here (PRTD exists, even though it can take a while, it's not the problem)...

    URGENT - can a principal applicant virtually land separately from a dependent who is abroad and can't confirm their presence for P2 email?

    The application is Express Entry, inland, PNP. We have received a P1 on 17 of May, the principal didn't notice it until 22 of May, so we responded then. Still waiting for the P2 email.
