Hey everyone, looking for some advice..So i did accounting for a year but didn't like it and dropped out, should I have included it in my profile? I did a different course a year later and finished. When you get your ita it ask you for a history on what you did in the last few years... And it says they want no gaps in time frame, if that year isn't in my submitted profile and j mention it in my ita will that affect my profile?

If it wasn't in Canada, and you didn't get an ECA for it, don't mention it in your education history - but you will have to mention it in your personal activity section.

I did half of an MBA, dropped out after one year intending to go back, but haven't yet. I actually included it in my ECA, which gave me a status of 4-year Bachelor's plus one year of graduate studies - but that status does not appear anywhere, so I just get credit for my bachelor's. It's included in my activities, but my ITA does not ask me to document it.

I have a question along the same lines.

I went to a University back home but did not graduate. I did not include that education in my EE profile but I have to include it in my personal activities. My question is do I need to also provide a transcript for that University as well? I went to school here in Canada and have my diplomas and transcript but I was wondering if I also need to provide a transcript from my home country as well.

I called CIC to confirm but they did not know. I have email the office in Nova Scotia but I was wondering if anyone on here with experience can guide me.

Thanks guys! :D

If it's not in your education section, and if you didn't get points for it and it's only in your Activities section, you won't have to document it.

Yeah, I did not include it in my education and got no points for it at all.

I will go ahead without it then.

Thanks! :)
