Hi All,

I am currently working in Canada with the Valid work permit (Intra Company Transfer). What should I specify Do you have valid Job offer in Canada? Yes or No.

I Knew for LIMA I should say No..

Have you worked for your employer for a year? Has the employer offered you at least 1 year of employment AFTER pr and in a letter format?

No, I have just completed 10 Months. But in the offer letter they specified the date of completion of employment as Nov 2017 and it may extend based on project requirement.

You can only say yes to the valid job offer if you have worked there for 12 months already and your employer is willing to offer you a job for at least a year after PR. Based on what you have said you do not have a valid job offer. You cannot claim the 50 points.
