IMM5532 - Part B, Question 2 (Page 3) asks the Principal Applicant:

Do you have any relatives (including aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) living in Canada?

Currently have an Aunt and Uncle who live in Canada. What happens if I have had zero contact with the Aunt for over 10 years and we are not on good terms? We can't get their information such as place of birth, current address, etc.

Can we just leave the Aunt out or is it best to put their name and NA with an explanation why?

No, just because you don't have contact doesn't mean that your aunt doesn't exist. You have to be honest and say yes, you have an aunt. In the part where it asks for details you can attach a statement saying you have not had contact for x number of years and have no information on her whereabouts.

I might be wrong, but I think the question is about blood relatives, i.e. you parents' brothers and sisters. So if your uncle is your mother's or father's brother, he should be mentioned. If you are calling his ex-wife "aunt", there is need to include her in the application, as she is just your uncle' ex
