No, you do not have a valid job offer and you are not entitled to the 50 points either.

Because he holds a PGWP which is an open work permit with no employer named. This isn't classified as a job offer unless the employer gets an approved LMIA.

Poat grad work permit is open work permit... valid job offer is for closed work permit...its bettwe u apply in canadian experince class once u conplete 2years
