Do we send photocopy of IMM 0008 to Buffalo??

When I sent application to Sydney, NS for initial review for FSW 1, I sent the original signed forms.

Now the letter which Sydney, NS says that I have to again send forms to Buffalo. Do I fill forms again, sign again and send originals OR do I just send photocopies of original forms which I sent to Sydney, NS??

What does that mean? The photocopies already have signatures on them, how can I sign them again??

you should have photocopied the forms before signing. to make it easier, just print out the pages with the signatures needed and fill it up again and sign it.

do I put today's date or date of my original application when I applied for Sydney?

mike053. todays date would be ok. i signed my application march 15 but was only able to complete documents and submit it march 27. i don't think it'll matter.
california, you don't need to notarize bio page of passport .
