When sending our transcripts for WES evaluation, do we need to evaluate both Master's degree and Bachelors? I hope only highest degree is enough. Please let me know if my understanding is not correct.

Yes only highest degree
i'd do both, it's the same cost. there's a risk your master's might not be evaluated as one

I applied for evaluation and it's completed with comment "Canadian Master's" equivalency. Risk is depending on which college/country we graduated than just a degree, if i'm not wrong. My question mainly focus on the education evaluation requirement does a candidate need to prove all the education history or just highest awarded. In most cases you won't get to a level where you are because the lower degrees are a pre-requisite to be there.

just the highest, but there have been several cases of disappointment. just saying that since the cost will be the same, might as well get both done. good luck

Incorrect, It purely depends on the country of your education. Since for various countries, If you are evaluating Masters, you will have to send your Bachelors degree transcripts as well. For some countries, even HSC certificates are required.

Do you know which countries are in this list? Just for my information or where can I find these details?

besides that, a lot of people got masters from unrecognized school even from countries where a bachelor wouldn't be needed

When filling the Permanent Residency form, it prompts me to fill Secondary and Post-Secondary education details. I only evaluated Master's degree (united states) and WES registration has been updated. However, do I still need to fill up bachelors degree (India) details and say WES hasn't completed, does this make sense?
