Nothing stops you but it's of no use...you aren't going to get any job from Job Bank anyway.

Do you think CIC really know how terrible the Job Bank concept really is?

useful insights there. i find job bank of no use...

job bank is just a source for cic to know how many are looking for work, without lmia, this helps them to make the table/chart end of the year.

speaking of job bank , i got an email from job bank no reply thingy saying "you have not signed in to your job bank account in a while . if you dont' sign in withing next five days your job seeker file will be deactivated." i received an ITA on Dec 22nd , does this matter now . i have already signed in and toggled a thing or two there but what are your guy's thoughts on this? has this happened to anybody else ?

It's the 2nd time I received such emails. I logged in to avoid any deactivation, though personally I do not think not doing so would affect applications.

Yeah. For the first time they emailed me, I just logged in and they have stopped emailing me for 1~2 months since then. I think logging in would be fine.
