Do we need to submit secondary education certificates

Hi,

I applied for WES - ECA on May 2nd,2014- submitting my Masters and Bachelors credentials through University. I am from India. Do we need to submit 10th class and intermediate certificates through respective boards. Please advise. I asked WES customer service( very unhelpful, understaffed, money grabbing people) and she tells me - it's UPTO you to decide and submit. I asked are they necessary and are people from India required to submit? She says I cannot talk about those, you must call canadian immigration :'(

may I know why the required documents list for India requires us to submit secondary education certificates. I cannot submit the link for some reason here

Optional: Send them the color photo copies of your secondary education, notarize them.

I got Eca done at my own.u need to send attested photocopies of university and post secondary education....better get attested from univ registrar office....
It will be like
1 register with Wes
2 use the form along with ur mark sheets and degree certificates. Get them attested from registrar office and get sealed envelope from them.
3 courier to wes
One thing u must keep while registering with Wes will be pay some additional money like higher price service then normal and get result from Wes faster....I didn't choose that and got my results too late
