Do we need to inform anyone if we can’t take the medical right away?

We received our medical request on the 30th but the first appointment wasn’t until the 2nd of October.

Just received notice that our application has been transferred to CPC-M, do we need to let anyone know we aren’t able to do the medical until the date mentioned above?

As long as its with-in the deadline specified in the letter you don't have to inform anyone. if its beyond the deadline please contact CIC call center and ask for an extension
