It used to be a requirement, looks like that requirement was removed with the Jan 2, 2013 revision... but the letterhead revision is more strict.

Hey Jes - this wan't a requirement for 2012 either. During my application, it was optional, and I didn't include it.

Nicole - have you already applied? What is your timelines?
