Do we need college transcripts for CEC application?

I am applying for PR under CEC in a couple of weeks, just curious if I need to tag along my college transcripts or degree photocopies with my application. I called a local lawyer who said that requirement is not there anymore and I don't need to send them any copies of transcripts, just wanted to make it sure with you guys. Please reply.

Nope it's not needed. Although I sent the copies of my certificates, no transcripts, just 3 extra papers, that's all.
