An attorney doesn’t need to stamp a letter. You can send it without an attorney’s involvement but for PFL it is not advised.
I got procedural fairness letter and I am going to upload my explanation letter. I just wonder if I need to have it stamped from any notary public. If so, it is not required to have it stamped
