Do we have to notify Canadian Immigration about my change of job

Hi,
Can anyone let me know if I have to inform Canadian Immigration regarding my change of employer? I am still in process of immigration. I just got letter for medical examination. I changed my employer after I sent my documents during the second stage. Do I have to send new employer letters ?

yes inform them. they willl update ur file .

Yes, just send the copy of new appointment letter and new visa page,if any.

I had done the same thing.
