Do we have to mail any hard copies after receiving ITA/request for PR?

Some of my employers refused to provide compensation info on the reference letters. So, I attached the pay stubs I had with me as a part of the relieving formalities. In case, CIC asks for hard copies of those documents, I won't be able to provide them the originals since my previous employers won't issue new ones.

Everything is online upload. that is the main purpose of EE.
