Do we have still chance for NOC 2281??????

I dont know till how long we need to wait for the CC/ DD Charging for our NOC 2281.:'(

I still believe tht 493 applications are completed for october month and 222 application for for MI Review is for until nov 19th, which we received update on 19th December cap update. 8)

If that is true, I dont think we need to worry about CAP status.

Even 31st December applicants will be within CAP.

I dont understand why CIC is taking time to charge for our NOC. i also observed that the rate of CC charging came down for all other NOC except 2172. We cant come to conclusion that all other NOC ARE also capped. Its just matter of time and we need to be patience enough. 8)

Another aspect, till now no one in our NOC 2281 had reported that they received the application back and mentioned that reason as cap has been reached. SO Its a good news what i believe.

Experts suggestions are most welcome.....

It might take almost 2 months for the email reply.

Try this method.

Call on 1-613-944-4000. (International number) Try with Skype or magic jack (free calls to Canada)
Use options 1 1 1 Line will be transferred to CIO.
Use options 1 1 3
You will be asked application number thrice. Do not enter anything.
Line will be transferred to a CIC call centre officer..

Ask for the UCI number giving the reasons why you want the same. They will ask you some details which you need to provide. If you are lucky you might just get the UCI number.
