Do we all get denied if one of us does?

My son failed his medical today. We are Australian and our application is supposed to be in Mississauga according to our file transfer however . The email came from Manila . We now have too see a psychiatrist for a follow up about his PTSD. He has been symptom free for a year or more and off his meds for nearly 2 years and no longer needing his therapist . Has a steady job completed high school and so on. But still I will have too find a psychiatrist as he's no longer paediatric since he's nearly 19 now and he was sick at 16. My questions are. Why did the email come from Manila for Australiawhen our file is supposed to be in Mississauga? And if my son doesn't pass due to the risk to public category. Will my daughter and myself also be denied? My son isn't even planning in coming with us at this point but we included him in case he changes his mind ( aka broke up with his girlfriend lol).

Yes, if ANY of you are inadmissible, you ALL are. It doesn't matter if they are accompanying or non-accompanying.
Manilla is probably the visa office responsible for your region and/or citizenship.

Was this specifically a "danger to public" failure? Under spousal sponsorship, you are all excessive demand exempt.

It's from Manila because medical emails come from the Regional Medical Office, not the VO.

It is common to request a psych report when there have been mental health issues. It should not be an issue.
