Do veterinary technicians qualify for work permits in Canada?

I want to move to Canada but I need to know if veterinary technicians qualify for work permits.

The vet technician NOC code 3213 is skill level B, so I imagine you should be able to get a work permit.

You're best posting in the Foreign Worker section though, they'd have a better idea of obtaining a work permit.
