Do universities differ based on paper based and computer based IELTS?

Hello,

Do different universities differ between paper based and computer based IELTS?

I have booked my paper based IELTS for 17th September. I wanted to opt for Computer based IELTS but the days are available after 25 October.

Can universities reject me if I give paper based IELTS instead of computer based IELTS?
