Refusal - they don't stamp it but it doesn't mean other embassies don't know it, all thanks to technology.

new passports issued in India are bio metric compliant, hence one person can have one passport only, not like before ( where when one has many rejection on passport, simply created another identity, new address, new name etc). It is just to eliminate this particular threat of multi identity of one individual.

Why are you concerned about stamp and bio metrics?
