Do they refund if the application gets rejected at CHC level

Hi,

I am to apply under 0213. I need to include my wife and two kids too. There are some doubts about my getting qualified ? If I get through the CIC (the initial elegibility) and later gets rejected by the local visa office (for some reason), do they still refund my fee ?

i m afraid they will not refund app fee if the app is rejected at CHC level. in fact i advise u to apply only if u r sure about having 67 point son ur side. if not, then work on that part first and apply later on.

As far as i am aware CHC will refund fees during intial review rejection.

If you application rejected during intial review then you are eligible for refund even at CHC level. But once application started processing means once ECAS status is IN PROCESS then you won't get any refund from CHC.

If your application is not eligible for processing, you will get a full refund. If your application is processed and it is refused, you will not get a refund.

I doubt whether they will reject your case after asking you to pay RPR fee. (Unless you fail the Medicals - which I guess you must have done by now).

RPRF is in all ways refundable.
