Do they even use e-CAS?

We've been checking every few days for a month now and there is nothing showing up online. We've had sponsorship approval and know the file has been transferred to the VO, but there is nothing there to see online.

I'm not expecting anything much yet as the application decision could be months away but it would be reassuring to see SOMETHING! Even as much as whether the medical was received.

Is this usual? How long do they normally take to enter status into the system?

Hi, I had my Ecas updated to Meds received by sydney about 6 weeks after it arrived. Nothing since then but it's only been there 63 days

Catou some of the embassy doesnt update ECAs at all, dont trust that site , at all .good luck hope you are niot going to wait long.

My E-Cas doesn't change from Application Received for 9month, How about that? Its not relayable site so don't worry at all

Ha! It feels like its been there for an eternity, one of the sydney applicants just had his Ecas go in process and his got there 3 weeks after mine. So maybe they just update when they feel like it
