The answer is still NO but even so advice is to never share personal information or imply anything illegal given whilst answer to your question is NO this is a public forum so reality is nobody really knows who looks at what. Immigration probably have better things to do though than monitor a forum.

I'd be surprised if they don't look here a little. I know a forum that there's actually an active thread created by a US consular officer to answer people's questions.

The consular officer also pops into some other threads in the travel section and chides people talking about using nefarious means to attempt to get a US Visa.

I'll honestly be very shocked if IRCC doesn't at least look on here. It's such an information mine. What better way to get into the heads of applicants. To see their tricks and strategies? If I was head of IRCC I'd establish a small team to scour these forums daily.

I imagine that IRCC have in their contract that the officers are not allowed to directly communicate with applicants by way of responding on forums, to be honest.
