do the cic sends us a msg on r phone before seding the pass port

Sometimes they send email.
But you can find about your approval only after seeing the passport.

do they tell us through message on our mobile that they had sent our passport.?

Normally you get a Text from the courier service that you used to send the application. You can go and collect it from them. You cannot know the status of the Visa (whether its stamped or rejected) without collecting it.

i filed for the visa on 22nd march under spp program. its been sent to the delhi embassy.
 
dont worry baigammeeraali,
I have applied on 18march but still waiting..
u will be informed by chc or. Vfs that ur passport has been dispatched..
u will get mail or msg in ur inbox.
and one more thing it takes 15 working days so dont count holiday n saturday sunday.

From the mail, can we know whether we received the visa or not?
 
normally now a days they r attaching pdf file in tat mail few of my frnds came to know through tat....... once check ur mail is ter any pdf file attached or not..........
