Do Refugee Claimants need Medical Examination for study permit?

I am trying to get a study permit, and I did my medical examination more than 12 months from now.

Medical Examination is listed as required on my study permit application as well as proof of financial support even thought it says refugee claimants do not need to provide Proof of Financial Support. However, since it's required I have to provide it otherwise I can not send the application.

P.S I have to pay for the 2nd Medical Examination how much is the fee?

Yes you need a medical exam proof you can submit the one you have as long as the document is not expired. Regarding the financial proof you are right they say it’s not required but in the application it’s says required so I would suggest you call the IRCC and ask them on what to do in this case. When I applied I uploaded the financial proof. I would recommend you apply early it says time for it to get approved as they consider the application to be as extension study permit which takes longer than the initial study permit applications. By expired I suppose you mean more than 12 months? Because mine is from April 2019.

I did mine June 2019 and it says on the document expires June 2023
