Hi,
Could someone help me out here. I applied for EE, FSWP and i used the primary NOC as 6322, which i have most experience in and my intended NOC, for which i have job offer letter from Canadian employer as 6321. Will that create a problem to my profile. should they assessed me based on my primary NOC 6322? I am little worried because my job offer letter i received has different NOC code of 6321.

There is no problem with that. You have worked under NOC 6322 which is your primary NOC and you can not lie about that !
The Canadian employer looking at your profile had decided that he can offer you the job in 6321, and CIC does not have problem, as long as you earn and start paying taxes. You were what you were, and you are what you are. I worked under an NOC where I am engineer, but now I have enough experience that a Canadian employer could easily offer me a Engineering Manager job ( a different NOC). CIC has problem with that; no way !!

Relax you are good to go and no worries.! ( I will come for a free meal someday, must have been cooked by yourself) :)
