Hey everyone...thanks to all the generous helpers out there who take the time out to give good advice.
I wanted to ask. ..do i need to ensure that my pictures have time stamps to show exactly when they were taken or just arrange them in order and explain the dates?

No need of time stamps. Just mention the names of principal applicant, sponsor, dependents (if any) at the back of photos accordingly. we have done the same and it was accepted.

My wife and I did the same when putting together the application package, but we also put down the year and month (Some pictures we also included the day) on all our pictures just to make sure, spanning from 2012 to 2015.

I did the exact same thing.

My camera allows to have date and time on each photo. So i leave this feature on. Especially good for sorting and knowing where we were on tours.hehe.

Thanks yall.jah bless.what did u print the pictures on? Photographic paper or plain paper? If plain paper. ...how many pictures on each sheet? ??

We printed all our photos with the cheapest option at Walmart, and organized them into clear plastic bags, with a printed label stuck on the front of the year/event/who was in the photos.

I personally always date my photos in the MM/YYYY format just for personal records. But, no, they are not required to be stamped. Good luck with your application and if you ever need any help, feel free to send me a message on here.

Normal paper is fine. I arranged ours in Word, around 4-12 pics per page. You can put however many you want per page.

I'm so touched by the support and response on here. ..you guys are really nice. I should apply by November hopefully.@emily...i will surely send you a message. Thanks yall.i appreciate.

One more thing. ...here's my brief history. I am nigerian. I met my wife here in nigeria. We were best friends for over two years and then decided to date. Her parents are canadian citizens. .she is a pr.her parents came to nigeria for our traditional engagement ceremony. ...we found out she was pregnant and decided she should deliver our daughter in Canada so she would b a citizen. i then got my savings together and applied for a student visa to join them there with the intention of doing our church celebration and thanksgiving in Canada as her parents are based there (meaning we divided traditional to take place in nigeria and church to take place in Canada along with court wedding) but the application was denied. So we waited for the delivery of our baby girl ;) ,she got her passport and they came back to nigeria. We are now going to do our court wedding next month. ..then she will travel back to Canada and file for us. she is currently jobless. .i have a steady job that pays abt 1500 canadian. ..we both have a savings of abt 10000 canadian dollars. .we will also get a letter of support from her parents as we would live with them for a bit before we get on our feet. I would appreciate every single suggestion.

It sounds like your application will be fine.
Are you and your wife from the same ethnic group? If so, mention this in your application. The fact that her parents came for the traditional ceremony is good and should also be mentioned.
The fact she is unemployed is OK. Just include a plan of how you will support yourselves once you get PR. Her parents' offer to help you, proof of your and her savings, and some idea of what kind of job you hope to get, are all good evidence that you have planned your life together in Canada.

We did not stamp anything... but I sent a bit too much I think, haha.

It is a good question to ask tho because at the time I sent my application I was wondering exactly the same, but I can tell you it is not necessary since we got accepted for Spousal sponsorship a few days ago and we're waiting for our landing interview.

All this without stamping our pictures and witnesses letters :)
