Do PGWP officers have access to Study Permit application?

Hi guys, new here, this is my first question and it's a good one. ;D

My study permit was prepared by immigration lawyers, they wrote a whole narrative explaining certain things in my background (complex history) that could have been problematic and packaged together a bunch of supporting documentation along with it to give proper context to it. It was sufficient as I was granted the study permit.

Now I'm applying for the PGWP on my own and not sure If these issues might be seen by the new officer and I might get denied due to the lack of context around it. Do these officers have access to all the stuff that was submitted for my Study Permit so that they may get this context? Would it be a good idea to add this stuff, which is all written for the Study Permit, along with my work permit in a separate file? Or would it be best to get a lawyer to re-do the whole thing for the work permit?

What do you guys think?

I believe so, just pray he/she doesn't go that far but to review available data in his presence for the work permit.

Another thing to consider is to ask the original lawyer for copies of your study permit application. They must have everything on file and honestly so should you...
