Dear all
I have applied for permanent residency about 6 months ago(March 2017). after doing my medical tests and passing medical, in April, CIC sent an email to my wife(sponsor) and say that she is eligible to be my sponsor. in the same letter, they have mentioned that, within 5 days, they will send a request letter for schedule a to the main applicant(me), but until now I didn't receive any letter from CIC. every day I check my CICaccount, my email and also junk email but didn't hear anything about CIC. can you please help me, and say what to do in this situation.

you should immediatly reach CIC missisuaga.. many did not received anything after the sponsorship approval. You might need to mail them the BC check and PCC to the missisuaga office which i guess is faster way as its been already late.. But make sure you call them during the Canada times to CIC and check the status to be on safe side and check best way to move forward...

You definitely had to receive the request for Schedule A form and Police clearance certificate by now. So first of all, as was already advised to you, you have to call and reach an agent as soon as possible and explain the situation. Then definitely you can use webform (or if you have a linked gckey account - submit this way) to upload scanned docs. And as many ppl did here - sent an actual mail (paper) with these docs to Mississauga, including explanation letter why it is delayed (assuming your file is still there).

Then what else you can do - log in to your ecas account:
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
(using principle applicant info)....and if you see the line containing "... we sent you a correspondence...." then you can be sure that most definitely was a request for these docs. Good luck!
