We received a document request and have sent in the requested item via the case specific inquiry portal, via email return and via courier just to be sure they receive the original, if needed (it didn't specify), without delay.
Now we are curious if they typically send a document request only once, after they have reviewed the file? Or do they send document requests as they review the file and note something is missing, then continue reviewing and if they note something else they'd send another request?
