Do Indians Need a Transit Visa?

Friends,

have a an urgent question, I am about to book tickets to Toronto have two options one is Via Heathrow/London and the other is Brussels/Belgium, do we(Indian Citizens) require a "Transit Visa" to Transit through 1) Heathrow/London 2) Brussels/Belgium; even though we are going to be at the Airport for less than 12 hours?

No transit visa needed if you are passing through either London or Brussels when you are holding a Canadian PR visa. You can choose any route........
