Do I sign IMM 5476 twice? Appointment of a Representative

I am the sponsor for my wife, and we are appointing me as her representative. I obviously sign Section B saying I accept the responsibility. She obviously signs Section D saying she is giving me the position. Do I sign section D where it says, "Signature of spouse... for sponsorship application"?

Do I really need to sign to say that I am good with me being my wife's representative after I've already signed in Section B saying that I accept the position as my wife's representative?

I have the same question. Do you mind if I clarify this point to make sure I understood you right. So you were represent your wife and you singed only section B as representative, but you don't sing section D.
