Do I qualify?

I will like to apply for the FSW program. I am currently an accountant with over 4 years experience but with a Bachelors degree in Botany.
I will like to apply with NOC 1111 Is this a qualifing category?
also I am currently in the USA out of status. My initial visa was approved for 2 years and I have since then over stayed for 8 years :-[. Will I qualify for processing in Buffalo even though my i-94 was for 6 months?

Any advice will be appreciated.....
