Hello everyone,
I am an international student currently finishing my bachelors in the U.S. in the field of Chemical Engineering. Upon finishing my degree I would like to immigrate to Canada; therefore, I was wondering if I qualify for that? I need two more years to finish my degree. In addition, I have tried to learn French in the past year, and plan on continuing that for the next two years.
If you don't mind, I had a few other queations:
• When is the best time to apply (during, or right after graduation)?
• Is engineering in high demand for workers?
•Which province would be best to apply as an engineer?
• How long is the process, usually, and would my country of residency, Albania, affect anything?
• Do I have to leave the U.S. to apply, or can I apply from here?
Thank you for your appreciated time in reading and responding to this.

You need at least one year work experience in a NOC 0/A/B occupation (including engineer) to qualify for FSW.
You can apply from US if you wish.
