Do I qualify for a student permit visa??

There s a bit of confusion about the IELTS score part
I have secured 6.5 overall - Speaking 7 Listening - 7.5 Reading 6.5 writing 5.5
Is that enough for a PG course to get a visa???

Hi,

Let us know the college where you are going to apply. It depends on the colleges/universities admission requirements. Check college/university website they mention in admission requirements as "IELTS with 6.0 overall and no band below 5.5"

Yes, as per the college the requirement is Min 6 and no band less than 5.5,
However I feel that the CHC has its own requirement for IELTS (specially for PG/Masters)
