do I need translate multi-language police clearance (it includes English ..)

Hi Everyone,

I have Switzerland police clearance. It is written in French, German, and English. Since it includes English, Can I submit it for my express entry? Or do I to translate it?
To me it doesn't make sense to translate it, but I just want to be sure about it.

You do not need to translate, both English and French are acceptable.
