Do i need to update immigration with my new passport information

Dear Experts,

My wife's immigration is in process. Recently my passport has expired and i got new passport . Do i need to send them new passport copy?I sent the previous passport at the time of application for my wife.
Please let me know.

is your passport , or your wife passport, if is your wife passport i would recomend you that you have to inform CIC for this , i will email the photocopy of the passport, and also mail them,
