Do I need to submit my New Work Permit for PR processing

Need your help/advice/suggestion

Let me explain my situation.

I am on my Work Permit(WP) in Canada from 2017 and WP expired on June 2019. Before the expiry, I applied for WP extension.

While I was in Implied status, I received ITA and submitted my documents. At that time my WP extension was under processing.

I showed this new WP as job offer in my express entry profile and provided details of my extension application(like, Job Offer letter from current employer, extension application number, fee receipt etc) while submitting PR documents.

Now I received my new Work Permit which expires on Oct 2021.

Do I have to submit this new WP document to CIC as I showed WP as job offer or only if CIC request for it ?

My two cents - if there is an option to submit the documents then do it. You don't want to wait to for them to raise a request. Again this is my personal opinion
