do i need to submit my familys birth certificates??

i am applying for temporary visiting visa to canada in london chc.

there are 2 checklists i have found

one of them states i need photocopies of marriage cert and childrens birth certs. is this needed?!

also, what is the rate of some1 with a british travel document getting a canadian tourist visa?

if your from the uk you dont need a visa to come to canada
