Do I need to stamp supporting document from Canada Global Affairs?

Hello everyone,

I am planning to apply for a visitor visa for my wife to come and visit me here in Canada, as one of the supporting documents I will be providing is the relationship to the person you are visiting, I have our marriage certificate but since the marriage was done outside of Canada, it does not have any Canadian stamps.

Should I stamp it from Global Affairs before applying?
